Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) a government ministry in Vietnam responsible for: land, water resources; mineral resources, geology; environment; hydrometeorology; climate change; surveying and mapping; management of the islands and the sea.
CARE International in Vietnam worked with the Department of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change to implement projects in climate change and natural disaster management.
